Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of hospitality services and events, including buffets, fine dining dinners, canapé receptions, and corporate gatherings.
• Support the leadership team in recruiting, training, and motivating a team to ensure top-tier service at all times.
• Help manage staffing levels to meet operational needs while maintaining budgetary control.
• Ensure all event spaces and hospitality areas meet Health and Safety standards and are well-maintained.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their event needs are met and exceed expectations.
• Assist in achieving financial targets, preparing business forecasts, and managing event budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
