What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Account Director in the day-to-day delivery of premium workplace services
• Acting as a key point of contact for operational leads and client stakeholders
• Leading exciting projects like new service launches and tech integrations
• Driving financial performance with insight, foresight, and commercial flair
• Collaborating with talented chefs, marketers, and HSE experts to deliver innovation
• Supporting, mentoring, and motivating on-site teams to achieve their best
• Playing an active role in strategic planning, reviews, and client presentations
