- Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, focusing on long-term success.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine the sales approach.
- Monitor sales performance, provide regular reporting, and make adjustments to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create integrated sales campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally in the events, hospitality, or related industry.
- A track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
