The Logistics Team Supervisor supports the logistics team in executing seamless operations for matchdays, events, and conferences. This includes setting up rooms, maintaining storerooms, managing furniture and linen, and ensuring all areas are event-ready. The role also involves supervising logistics staff, enforcing health and safety standards, and optimizing resource management to enhance efficiency.

• Assist in managing and supervising the logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee venue setups for matchdays, conferences, and events, ensuring all areas meet required standards.
• Provide daily briefings to Logistics Porters, aligning tasks with health and safety requirements.
• Ensure all logistics staff adhere to company appearance standards, including the use of PPE.
• Maintain storerooms, furniture, and linen to prevent overordering and ensure efficient resource use.
• Support the Logistics Operations Manager and Back of House & Logistics Manager in delegating tasks and monitoring team performance.
• Oversee the post-event closedown process, ensuring all areas are restored and organized.
• Promote a positive team environment, fostering productivity and morale within the logistics department.
