Regional Manager - Healthcare Catering Salary: Up to £50,000 PA plus Company car / Car Allowance and Benefits

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of catering services across multiple healthcare sites within your region. You will lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring contractual, financial, and operational excellence while consistently delivering outstanding patient and customer experiences.

People Leadership

• Inspire, develop, and lead your team to create a positive, high-performing work environment.
• Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to build capability and ensure succession planning.
• Ensure all unit teams are skilled, motivated, and have the resources to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor staff performance, address absenteeism, and implement initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency.

Client & Customer Excellence

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior clients and on-site teams.
• Ensure all contractual KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded.
• Monitor patient and customer feedback trends, driving initiatives to improve overall satisfaction.

Financial & Commercial Performance

• Drive financial performance, ensuring all units meet or exceed budget and business targets.
• Regularly review unit performance, identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement business plans to optimize financial performance across the region.

Operational & Safety Standards

• Oversee daily catering operations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality food and service delivery.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall service.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations across all sites.

Experience & Skills:

• Senior management experience in catering, ideally as a Regional Manager or similar.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites, P&Ls, and large teams across a region.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and business planning.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
• IT proficient, with a valid UK driving license and willingness to travel regionally.
