Caretaker Position at Team Ridgeway!

About Us:

Team Ridgeway is seeking a reliable and conscientious Caretaker to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all who attend the school. Our school values are at the heart of our daily life, and we would like someone who shares these ideals to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the school buildings and grounds well-maintained, clean, secure, and safe.
• Perform a range of duties, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail; odd jobs, such as touching up paint work, changing light bulbs etc.
• Interact positively with pupils, staff, parents, and visitors.
• Work collaboratively as an integral part of our team.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday: 6.30am to 8.30am or 6.00am to 8.00am
• 52 weeks per year (the time for hours within school holiday can be discussed)

We are seeking:

• A person with eagerness for the role and an eye for detail.
• An excellent communicator with a friendly demeanour.
