Job Description
We are looking for a Principal Lawyer to join our successful Commercial, Property and Environment legal team comprising around 20 lawyers and legal assistants. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to develop their management and leadership skills and give legal leadership and visibility to high profile projects.
You will be an experienced commercial or property lawyer and will manage the Commercial and Property teams. You will be working closely with client departments providing the legal lead on many of the Council's major projects together with legal advice and support on a range of complex commercial, property and local government matters. You will also be a member of the Legal Division's Senior Leadership Team.
