Stenson Fields Primary School are seeking to appoint a flexible, hardworking, friendly and caring SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our committed and supportive team.

An understanding of pupils with behaviour, emotional and social difficulties essential for this challenging but rewarding opportunity. Applicants should be resilient, with high expectations, and a sense of humour.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the SENCO and class teacher and will support pupils with all aspects of their EHCPs which could also include intimate care duties and attending relevant training.

Recent experience of working in a school environment alongside pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is essential.

This is a fixed term post until the end of August 2026 with the possibility of being extended.

Provisional Interview Date: Week commencing 28 April 2025
