Reports To: Director of Operational Support - Funerals


Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £25,389

The role:


In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operations, supporting colleagues across the business and helping us continue to deliver our service with compassion, professionalism, and respect.


Key Responsibilities:


· Handle colleague queries via phone and email efficiently and professionally.


· Monitor shared inboxes, coordinating with Operations and Central Support to resolve queries.


· Support CMA compliance by working with marketing and operational teams on price lists and posters.


· Assist with product and pricing queries, working closely with marketing and IT.


· Liaise with suppliers to support procurement activity and maintain strong supplier relationships.


· Maintain internal spreadsheets, planners, and databases for accurate and accessible information.


· Support data collection and schedule preparation to assist informed decision-making.


What We're Looking For:


· Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred).


· Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and the ability to prioritise tasks.


· Confident written and verbal communication skills.


· Reliable, professional, and committed to high standards of client care.


· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.


· Comfortable working across departments and with external partners.


· GCSE or equivalent qualification
