WHAT IS INVOLVED?
A vacancy has arisen within Business Services for a full-time Administration Assistant. This is a temporary position to cover a period of maternity leave. The vacancy is for 7 months, or until the return of the substantive post holder.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team who support our Fleet department based at our Morrison Busty depot in Annfield Plain, Stanley.
The duties include:
- reception duties
- dealing with enquiries over the telephone, face to face and e-mail
- liaising with workshop personnel
- raising jobs on the Fleet Management System for vehicle repairs, tyres, taxi and MOT testing
- monitoring fuel stocks and ordering fuel
- general administration duties.
