Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for 3 permanent full-time Administration Assistants (Special Educational Needs Team) to join our busy dedicated team within Business Services.
Working as part of the SEND Business Services team, you will provide professional and efficient administrative support, undertaking statutory duties for the Special Education Needs Case Work team.
You will play a crucial role working closely with SEND case workers, education providers, parents, health and social care professionals.
This position requires you to be proactive with excellent communication and organisational skills, to gather and share information as part of Education, Health and Care needs assessment and EHC Plan annual reviews. Managing information on the SEND Management data base, following data management processes.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
This is a very busy but interesting role; you must be able to work under pressure and be able to plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and timescales. Attention to detail is key along with the ability to work quickly, accurately, and methodically through high volumes of work.
You should have a NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area.
