We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Clerical Officer / Receptionists to join our dedicated team within Business Services. 1 x full time permanent and 1 x Part time Temporary (18.5 hrs for 10 months) Two vacancies have arisen in Business Services for a full time and part time Clerical Officer/Receptionist to provide a professional, effective and efficient receptionist service and general administrative support to visitors, callers, users and members of one point, and families first services. Duties include reception duties, dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone answering and message taking, ordering, data entry, file management, including scanning and archiving, typing duties including production of posters and display materials, arranging transport, issue and recording of petty cash transactions, booking rooms and diary management. We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer-service. You should have 4 GCSEs (grades A-C including English language or literature) or equivalent Please refer to the attached person specification for the full criteria.
