Job Description

We are looking for experienced individuals who have the ability to analyse complex situations quickly and develop and communicate appropriate solutions. These posts are temporary for 2 years or upon the return of the substantive postholders.WHAT IS INVOLVED? You will be responsible for the management and performance of the Programme and Project Development and Delivery teams. You will be responsible for the organisation, management, development and delivery of complex multi-agency and high value (multi-million pound) regeneration schemes and initiatives. One post will be solely leading on the Millburngate Development and the other will be based within our Major Projects team.WHAT WILL YOU NEED? You will have a Degree or equivalent in a related discipline and hold a Better Business Cases certificate. You should have management level experience within a large organisation and enhanced project management experience. You will have a proven track record of successful development and management of highly complex, multi-million-pound programmes and projects; corporate and departmental objectives; policies and strategies.
