Job Description
Are you experienced in running quality management systems, business/system improvements, and/or performance management?
Following a restructure of our Property Partnerships and Innovation team, we are seeking to recruit 2 x permanent Quality and Improvement Officers to drive service improvements and performance management whilst running our quality management system.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
The Quality and Improvement Officers work across all Corporate Property and Land activities, specifically leading on ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems including developing processes and procedures, auditing and management of the system, and process / system improvements. The post holder will also be required to produce, analyse, and report on performance information, whilst assisting in database / system management.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
A relevant auditing, quality management and/or project management qualification equivalent to at least NVQ level 3.
