Job Description
This role represents a unique opportunity to lead on the coordination and of the delivery of County Durham's Holiday Activities with Food (HAF) programme in line with DfE requirements.
To develop relationships which deliver a high quality healthy and enriching programme, and provide HAF operational leadership, influencing partners to engage with the programme, reporting to senior managers on its delivery and outcomes.
You will also co-ordinate the delivery of the Voluntary and Community Sector Alliance programme ensuring the broad range of community assets are utilised in offers of support to children, young people and families in need of additional support.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will drive forward County Durham's Fun and Food programme (Holiday Activities with Healthy Food) including good governance, risk management, quality and financial monitoring, ensuring that funding is allocated in a fair, open and timely manner to ensure effective delivery in line with Department for Education requirements.
You will lead on partner relationships with schools and specialist organisations to ensure full engagement of key partners and to maximise programme focus on children and young people most in need.
Also, strengthen links with Voluntary and Community Sector and frontline practitioners with a clear focus on supporting effective partnership working, participation and consultation with children, young people, parents/carers across the full range of VCS, Local Authority, service providers and agencies.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You will require a Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject.
