Job Description
Location: We perform at our best when we feel trusted and are able to choose an approach to working that suits us best, which is why we are a remote-first company. However, we also believe in face to face collaboration, and our UK colleagues meet once a month for team time and quarterly for company get togethers in our Leeds office, so we ask that you be within a commutable distance that you are comfortable with in order to attend the office on those occasions.

Day to day, you will be responsible for:
- Executing Campaigns: Deliver marketing initiatives that enhance awareness, generate sales leads, and increase usage.
- Managing Outreach: Oversee email and social media campaigns to maintain audience engagement.
- Advocating: Promote and support key industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Evaluating Performance: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities (ROI), and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Managing Data: Purchase and organise marketing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinating Budgets: Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
- Providing Administrative Support: Assist with the administrative requirements of the regional marketing team.
- Improving Processes: Identify and implement processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
You'll need to have:
- Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in marketing roles.
- Enthusiasm and Passion: High levels of enthusiasm and a flexible, creative approach to challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to take direction from a line manager and translate this into actionable plans.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
- Data Proficiency: Comfortable using and interpreting data.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Marketing Software: Experience with marketing software (e.g., CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is beneficial.
- Social Media and Analytics: Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., WebTrends, Google Analytics) is advantageous.
