FIELD SUPERVISOR

MARKET RESEARCH - HEATHROW

FIELD SUPERVISOR - Full Time, 5 days per week rostered between Monday
and Friday (occasional weekends as required)

The role

As a Field Supervisor, your role would be a key part of our Field Services Team. It is a lead position, which makes it perfect for someone who is highly organised, has staff management skills and can work in a confidential office environment. You will be based in D'Albiac House
and the Terminals.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a range of tasks that help keep the Field Force and office running
smoothly. This would include:
 Supervising and coaching numerous interviewers and co-ordinating work schedules.
 Evaluating the interviewer's performance and provide feedback to the UK Field Manager.
 Observing Interviewers work quality.
 Identifying issues and resolving problems.
 Briefing the Interviewers on new projects and co-ordinating work schedules and compliance procedures.

Requirements

 Willing to learn Epinion office systems (Planday)
 PC literate - MS Office, Excel, Internet, Email etc.
 Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
 Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines and prioritise tasks.
 A flexible attitude is necessary.
 Knowledge of Heathrow Airport is useful, but not essential as training will be provided.
