About The Role

Salary: £25,000- £26,500 per annum
Location: Hybrid of home and office based
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Contract: FTC - 6 months
You'll be processing applications, carrying out telescreens and ensuring our applicants have a seamless recruitment experience, in a fast-paced environment where great communication is key. With new recruits joining our business all the time, there are always plenty of fresh challenges to keep you on your toes.

About You

To be considered as Recruitment Coordinator, you need:
  • Previous recruitment experience (essential)
  • Confident communication style
  • Initiative and ability to make sound decisions based on process and policy guidance
  • An eye for detail as you will be processing new starter documentation
  • A positive outlook and "can do" attitude
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organisational skills and ability to work to priorities and deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement for people, processes, procedures and systems
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle for travel
