Administrative Coordinator

Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
About the Role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to join our busy office team to start preferably on 12th January 2025 (dependent on notice periods). This is permanent position.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to communicate with parents, children and colleagues in a positive and helpful way.
The successful candidate will be required to hold a first aid qualification. Training can be provided.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
· Experience of working with Microsoft Office Programmes.
· Knowledge of SIMs desirable.
· GCSE A-C/equivalent in English and Maths.
· A caring, patient nature.
· The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
· The ability to work well within a team and independently.
