Job Description
Job Title: Caretaker PM (Job Share) - Parkwood Academy
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 19 hours 30 minutes - working 52.14 weeks per year
Scale: Scale 6-7, point 13-24 (dependant on experience)
Actual Salary: £14,842.66 - £18,084.41 (dependant on experience)

Are you an adaptable, proactive caretaker who has great task management skills? Parkwood Academy, part of the South Essex Academy Trust (SEAT), is looking for a Caretaker (PM) with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail, to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficient running of the premises!
