Post: Cleaner

Hours: 10 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year (5 weeks holiday entitlement)

Contract: Permanent contract

Salary: Scale 2, Point 3 £6,493.78 per annum (full time equivalent salary £24,027)

Start date: 22nd April 2025

Location: St James' Church of England Primary and Nursery School. Colchester

Our school has been serving the community for over 150 years and we provide a caring and nurturing environment for all the children attending St James'.

The ideal candidate:

Will preferably need to have cleaning experience, know how to handle cleaning tools and chemicals, and have experience with or be willing to learn about health and safety related to cleaning processes. You will work closely with the caretaker.
