Job Description
Administrative Assistant - Part Time - Permanent
Immediate Start
6.5hrs hrs per week 8:30am - 3:30pm (including ½ hr unpaid lunch break)
Monday's Only, Term-Time Only plus one week.
Scale 3, Points 5 - 6 (£24,790 - £25,183 pro-rata)
(£3,733.57 - £3,792.76 actual per annum)
We are looking to appoint an organised, motivated individual that has an interest in policies to join our dedicated, friendly staff team.
The role starts as soon as possible and is a permanent position, working the office on a Monday Only. Please note, that this day cannot be changed.
The successful candidate will:
· Have experience of working in a school office environment.
· Experience using management information systems.
· Be able to stay calm and focused in a busy environment where interruptions are frequent;
· Enjoy being around children.
· Work well as part of a team.
· Be committed to the ethos and aims of a Church school.
