To help us with this, we are looking to appoint an Operations Manager for our Colchester Hub, to work closely with the Executive Headteachers and Heads of School, reporting directly to the Chief Finance and Operating Officer.
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the schools within the designated hub. by implementing operational best practices and managing resources effectively, in line with the Trust's Purpose and Priorities.
Key Responsibilities for the role include; Operational Oversight, Operational Cohesion, Financial Management, Human Resources, and Site Management.
