Post Title: SENCo Education Stage: Primary Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: 4 days a week Pay Scale: Dependent on experience Closing Date: 22nd April 2025, 12pm

What skills and experience we are looking for: We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to join our team as the SENCo at Harlow Inspirational Learning Trust, working across The Henry Moore Primary School and Milwards Primary School and Nursery.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience as a SENCo or working within Special Educational Needs (SEN); Excellent organisational skills to manage resources, staff and support for children with additional needs effectively; A strong team player mindset to collaborate with staff across the Trust; Outstanding classroom practitioner skills, evidenced by a commitment to high-quality teaching and inclusivity; A genuine passion for promoting the educational and personal development of all students.
