SITE MANAGER REQUIRED FOR FAWBERT & BARNARD'S PRIMARY SCHOOL (PART OF TEMPLEFIELDS MULTI-ACADEMY TRUST)
Job Title: Site Manager
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (split shift working pattern)
Weeks: 44 working weeks + holiday
Scale: Scale 5, Point 9-12 (depending on experience)
Salary: £27,115- £28,417 (depending on experience and includes outer fringe allowance)
Start date: ASAP
Closing date: Midday 30 April 2025
Interviews: 9 May 2025
Fawbert and Barnard's are looking for a dedicated, hardworking and reliable Site Manager to ensure the safe operation, statutory compliance and general maintenance of our school.
We are looking for a Site Manager who will take pride in the management, maintenance and cleanliness of our school premises. At Fawbert & Barnard's, we work collaboratively as a team and therefore the successful candidate will be approachable, adaptable and have a "can do" attitude to meet the needs of this popular and friendly school which is part of Templefields Multi-Academy Trust.
The working pattern will be a split shift Monday to Friday, but the hours are negotiable as long as the site is opened at 07:00 am and closed at 17:30 pm each day.

· Able to prioritise, with a commitment to providing a high-quality service.
· Experienced in building maintenance.
· Hardworking, punctual, and committed to keeping the school site safe, secure and clean and are willing to work as part of a dedicated team.
· An excellent timekeeper, reliable and trustworthy.
· Able to demonstrate an understanding of Safeguarding.
· Confident in general maintenance and have a range of practical trade or DIY skills applicable to the role.
· Able to solicit quotations to achieve best value for site works.
· A positive role model for both staff and pupils.
· Prepared to work across Templefields Trust if needed.
