Type: Full Time / Part Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £11.44 per hour depending on age
Join our One Great Team here at Haven as an Activities Leader, where you'll lead exciting activities and create memorable experiences for our guests!
We're looking for an enthusiastic Activities Leader to deliver a range of fun and safe activities across our park, from high ropes and climbing walls to archery and sports. If you're energetic, love working with people, and enjoy being hands-on, this role could be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and safely supervise a variety of activities, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Engage with guests of all ages, providing friendly and clear instructions for each activity.
- Conduct safety checks on equipment and activity areas, maintaining high safety standards.
- Assist with setting up and packing away activity equipment, ensuring areas are tidy and organised.
- Encourage participation, boost team spirit, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere, overall delivering a great guest and owner experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar activities or sports role is beneficial but not essential.
- Friendly, energetic, and confident in leading groups of all ages.
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices in an activity's environment.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle any issues that arise.
- Flexible with availability, including weekends and school holidays
This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work. To meet the qualifications and training requirements, candidates must be 18 years and over.
