Pay Rates: Up to £11.44 per hour depending on age
Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Facilities Team Member, where you'll take part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our holiday park. From keeping our grounds tidy to assisting with caravan preparation, you'll ensure our guests and owners enjoy a memorable experience.
As a Facilities Team Member, you'll take on a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our park. Whether it's maintaining our outdoor spaces, supporting guest arrivals with caravan cleaning, keeping venues and facilities sparkling clean, or tackling basic DIY tasks, no two days are the same!
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the park remains clean and inviting by collecting litter and managing waste efficiently.
- Clean and prepare caravans for guest arrivals, including delivering fresh linens, pillows, and duvets, and collecting used items for cleaning.
- Handle washing and care for items like curtains, duvets, and pillows, ensuring they are fresh and guest-ready.
- Maintain cleanliness in public venues and communal spaces, ensuring hygiene and high standards are upheld.
- Support landscaping, grounds maintenance, and perform basic DIY tasks to keep the park and our caravans looking its best.
Requirements
- A strong willingness to take on varied tasks.
- Basic DIY skills and a practical approach
- Ability to work with little supervision and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
To meet the training requirements, candidates must be 18 years and over.
