Position: Grounds & Siting Team Member

Type: Part-Time / Seasonal until 3rd January 2026 - 3 days per week.   

Pay Rates: £12.21 per hour

Due to the requirements of driving the siting vehicle, applicants must meet the minimum age of 21.

We're on the lookout for a practical, hands-on individual to join our fantastic Grounds & Siting Team. In this varied role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our park's outdoor spaces and helping set up our holiday homes to perfection. Whether you're preparing the grounds, siting caravans, or keeping our landscapes looking their best - your work will help ensure our guests & owners have a picture-perfect holiday experience!

Key Responsibilities   

- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on park grounds, walkways, and recreational areas.

- Support with minor construction projects including groundwork preparation, fencing, and laying pathways.

- Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, planting, pruning, and general outdoor upkeep.

- Transport, position, level, and secure caravans in line with site plans and safety protocols.

- Assist with caravan relocation, exterior cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks.

- Inspect caravans and park areas for safety and functionality, reporting any issues.

- Operate grounds maintenance and siting equipment safely and effectively.

- Work closely with the wider Facilities Team to provide a seamless guest experience across the park

Requirements    

- Previous experience in roles such as Groundworker, Grounds Maintenance, Caravan Siting, Landscaping, or Construction.

- Confidence using maintenance equipment, hand tools, and siting machinery.

- A positive, team-player attitude with the ability to also work independently.

- A strong focus on safety and maintaining a compliant working environment.

- A full UK Driving Licence is required.

- Applicants must be aged 21 or over (due to siting vehicle requirements).
