Patient Experience Manager

Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 8:30am- 5:00pm, with the potential for one late clinic per week from 12:00pm - 8:00pm. Saturday from 9am to 4pm and Sunday from 10am to 2pm, once a month on average

We are looking for a Patient Experience Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Facility on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for coordinating Front of House ensuring that reception is covered during core hours and managing administration staff and processes. You will also coordinate Facility site maintenance & management and will be responsible for ordering & managing office supplies. You will also provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Practice Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee and cover Front of House area, ensuring reception is covered for core working hours, covering lunch breaks and holidays.
  • Ordering all new office equipment & stationery supplies as required, liaising with Director/Finance Department office expenditures.
  • Facilitate & coordinate local onboarding induction for all new starters, working closely with Practice Manager.
  • First point of call for general local Facilities matters - raising & overseeing job requests as required.
  • Maintaining the condition of the office, furniture & non-clinical equipment - arranging necessary repairs as required via Engineering Central/Service Now.
  • Health & Safety Site Representative- complete regular site walkarounds, required audits, attend Quarterly meetings set by THSC leads. Provide H&S updates at internal meetings. Oversee training and appointment of site Fire Marshals.
  • Support the Managing Director and Practice Manager with any additional administration tasks that may arise
  • Maintain all Site Noticeboards ensuring all messages and information is up to date, accurate and relevant - assist CNO and HR with preparation and distribution of Corporate posters
