We are recruiting people who have experience of working in an adult care environment who are seeking a new and exciting career opportunity.

Working with people in the community you will be undertaking a social care support service including high quality assessments and reviews to help people maintain or regain their independence, build on their strengths, and achieve their desired goals regarding their social care needs.
The office base is in Chorley and the job allows a mix of office and home-based working. Lancashire County Councill is currently trialling a new strengths-based approach to social care which may at some point result in the office base changing to another part of Central Lancashire.
The posts are for full-time permanent contracts of 37 hours per week.
