We are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join a vibrant primary school in Morecambe. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and continuous provision used to support learning. The position involves working with the EYFS leader, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on a childs educational journey.
Day-to-day of the role:
Support the educational and social development of pupils in the reception class.
Implement and adapt learning activities under the guidance of the teacher, focusing on the EYFS framework.
Utilise continuous provision methods effectively to enhance the learning experience.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other teaching assistants to plan and coordinate activities.
Monitor and record the pupils progress, adapting techniques to meet their evolving needs.
Engage in activities that promote literacy, numeracy, and early learning skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Proven experience in using continuous provision to support learning.
Experience working with children with SEND is advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
