An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Pupil Support Team at The Blessed Sacrament Catholic Primary School. We are expanding the team to offer more intensive support for individual year groups, under the direction of the Family Support Worker and Headteacher. Successful candidates will be required to work alongside current members of the team to support individuals and small groups of children so that they can fully access the curriculum.
This will involve nurture groups, individual support programs and attendance support to ensure that every pupil achieves their full potential. We believe firmly that the relationship between school and home is vital, therefore an important part of the role will be getting to know families to identify any barriers for learning and strategies for overcoming these.
