Here at the Willow Tree Federation in Lancaster we are looking for an experienced and skilled Teaching Assistant with experience of SEND ideally with a teaching assistant qualification. The successful candidate will support the ethos of our schools and the development of our children, in particular EHCPs.
The Role
You will be part of a team that help ensure our children have the best start in life. You will be working with a range of children that have SEND needs, working closely with and supporting the class teacher, families and agencies. This post is linked to EHCP Funding.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Passion to deliver high quality provision and exciting learning opportunities
SEND experience, particularly for children with SEMH and Communication and Language difficulties
A working understanding of child safeguarding<
Ability to develop relationships and communication with parents and carer.
Experience of observations, assessments and planning for the needs of children
