We are seeking to appoint Welfare Assistants to work at Pendle View Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in working with children with a wide range of special educational needs within a special school setting. Pendle View is an outstanding vibrant and inclusive special school for pupils with a very wide range of special educational needs and disabilities. We strive to create a caring and inclusive school, supporting independent learning where achievements of each individual are celebrated within a personalised learning environment. Pupils receive a warm welcome from staff at the start of each day. Pupils respond with big smiles and say good morning to each other as they join their friends in class. This positive start to the day helps pupils to feel valued, well cared for and ready to learn. Pupils are happy in school and they have fun while they learn. Ofsted November 2023 Visits to the school are encouraged prior to applying for the post and visit details can be found on the attached letter. Please note we will request references before interview.
