An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our ambitious good school. The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, passionate and nurturing teacher who is committed to raising standards and able to work as part of our team. We are looking for an innovative, creative Early Years specialist. The successful candidate will be a reflective practitioner, passionate about learning and will be an inspirational teacher.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience of working within the Early Years Foundation Stage
Experience of planning and teaching a highly motivating, hands on early years curriculum
Experience and ability to effectively lead a class team
Experience and ability to implement a range of positive behaviour strategies and practices in a trauma informed way
Be able to plan and resource a learning environment that creates a sustained interest from the children and challenges thinking.
Commitment to working with parents, the first and most important educators of their children.
Be willing to contribute to everyday life at Clayton Brook such as after school clubs, fund raising events, sports events
