The Governors of Carnforth Christ Church C.E. Primary School are looking to appoint a hardworking, inspirational and committed full time Deputy Headteacher, to work in partnership with our newly appointed Headteacher, as the school enters an exciting new phase.
We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:
can support and enhance our Christian vision, recognising that each child in our school family is unique and talented;
is an outstanding classroom practitioner who leads by example and can motivate, support and inspire children and staff;
can contribute to the long term development and ongoing improvement of the school;
is committed to raising attainment and developing the whole child;
has experience of leading SEND or a commitment to undertake appropriate training;
can take a leading role in further developing our creative curriculum; and
communicates well with staff, children, parents, Governors and the wider community.
