Delivery of Electrical and Mechanical maintenance services for County Hall main campus, carry out works of planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, general installation works and emergency maintenance. Ensure that buildings are maintained to high standards consistent with Health & Safety, statutory and other requirements, supervise electrical and mechanical contractors that are called to the County Hall main campus and other associated buildings.
About You
To apply for this post, you must:
- NVQ level 3 in Electrical maintenance or installation
- Demonstrate experience of delivering planned electrical maintenance
- Experience in working on electrical systems
- Able to carry out risk assessments
- Control contractors and issuing permits to work
- Able to solve problems and provide workable solutions
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
