We are recruiting a Senior Baby Room Leader who can create inspiring experiences for our children, whilst establishing a nurturing environment and encouraging bravery and curiosity in our children's development.

Our Senior are role models to the team and support the management team to deliver great practice for children and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the daily routine to include a range of fun, stimulating and educational activities linked to the EYFS.

You will be responsible for supervising and working in partnership with other staff members.

Full time Post - Must be able to work Monday - Friday for an 8 hour 30 minute shift between the hours of 7.30am - 6.00pm (shifts allocated weekly)

Skills/Qualifications:
Level 3 in childcare

The ideal Senior must have: ·
Sound knowledge of EYFS and experience of supporting the development of your own key group in line with the EYFS
Flexibility
Willing to take part in regular training
Be able to oversee the smooth running of the room
Supervise and lead other staff members
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
