Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Type: Part-time, Monday-Friday 8am-2pm

Salary: £25k (£16.03 per hour)

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Customer Services Advisor based part-time in Preston Deanery (no remote working).

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Focus: Respond to customer enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to resolving issues effectively.

Attention to Detail: Accurately process orders ensuring every detail is correct and every interaction meets our high standards.

Experience: you will have a strong background in customer service with a good understanding of Microsoft products.
