Job Description

National Express has a great opportunity to join our internationally known company as a Mechanical Support!

We have 2 shift patterns available

1. Sunday to Thursday 7.30am start2. Tuesday to Sat 7.30am start

As a fundamental member of the team your role will involve assisting with the repair of vehicles, ensuring regulations and company standards are continuously met.

The ideal candidates will have a mechanical interest, with previous mechanical repair experience, a PCV Driving Licence [although not essential], the drive to succeed and a passion to get stuck in working weekends as well as Weekday shifts.

What you'll do...

  • Manage service duties through bus allocations, changeovers and garage plans
  • Carry out routine services including oil changes quickly and efficiently to manufacturer's and specialist standards
  • Conduct road wheel change
  • Repair minor defects as needed
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained according to Company procedures
  • Maintain good housekeeping and conform to Safety, Health, Environment and Fire Regulations
