    Working within our award-winning internal Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you'll play a key role in developing and embedding our EVP. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Strategy, and Employee Experience and across the company to ensure we stay future-focused and aligned with business needs.

    You'll develop employer branding strategies, craft engaging content, leverage social media, and implement initiatives that showcase our culture, values, and career opportunities—all whilst ensuring adherence to best practices, diversity and inclusion principles, and employment law. You'll also track and measure the success of attraction strategies through dashboards to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI).

    Other key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the TA team to design and deliver innovative attraction campaigns that attract top talent and promote NFU Mutual as a great employer.
  • Drive data-led decision-making within the TA team on attraction strategies to ensure the most effective advertising channels are being leveraged.
  • Contribute to initiatives that continuously enhance the candidate experience.
  • Utilise expert knowledge and external network to research, document, review and develop market insight for critical and hard to fill roles and oversee market mapping of competitors
  • Support talent pooling strategies for the wider TA team.
  • Stay informed about the job market, as well as trends in the insurance and financial services industry.
  • This role is internally known as Talent Attraction Specialist.

    About you

    You are passionate about employer branding, with extensive experience in defining and embedding an EVP, developing attraction strategies, and implementing recruitment best practices. You excel at building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, using clear communication and active listening to align on resourcing goals.

    Your collaboration skills drive results through others, and your attention to detail ensures high-quality copywriting and campaign oversight. Proactive and strategic, you analyse data trends to make informed recommendations, adapting to evolving hiring demands. Naturally inquisitive, you stay up to date on recruitment technologies and business needs, providing high-level customer service to the TA team, hiring managers, and the HR division.

    Additional experience required:

  • Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, assess performance, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Strong expertise in digital media campaigns and the effective use of paid media channels.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder and supplier relationships, including partnerships with recruitment agencies.
  • Proficiency in cost and resource negotiation to optimise budgets.
  • Ability to create and deliver meaningful and impactful presentations.
  • Knowledge of relevant UK employment legislation to ensure compliance in recruitment practices.

  • Salary £42,000 to £63,000 per annum (depending on experience)
