The Agency benefits from a diverse and loyal client portfolio, serving the local Farming community as well as a significant mix of wider commercial sectors, including an impressive client base of mid-to-large sized Corporate enterprises.

From here you'll have a solid platform on which to lead new business growth predominantly across mid-to-large Corporate accounts and HNW segment. Thanks to the Agency's track record in this space, there's no shortage of potential to support the ambitious growth plans of this winning team. The Edinburgh agency has one of the highest Commercial Insurance opportunities across our Scotland agency network.

In addition to spearheading the Sales and Marketing strategy, you'll be an integral part of the Agency's leadership team. With a seat at the top-table you'll be instrumental in shaping the future direction of the agency, ensuring continued growth of this high-performing insurance business.

About You

You're a proven commercial seller with a strategic mindset, used to juggling the demands of a hands-on client facing / business development role alongside your wider leadership responsibilities.

You're an effective communicator and natural networker. Great with people from a wide range of backgrounds, you relish every opportunity to make long-lasting connections and nurture new business leads.

Confident to lead from the front, you're a collaborative, positive and supportive people leader. Well-versed in developing high-performing teams you inspire others to set ambitions high and standards of compliance and customer care even higher.

Whilst our existing Agents come from a broad range of backgrounds, previous experience of managing large commercial/corporate or HNW accounts in the insurance broker market is preferred.
