As a Partner in the Halifax NFU Mutual Agency, you'll be part of an insurance business that's at the heart of the community. You'll be supporting a wide range of customers, across farming, commercial, high net worth and rural to ensure they get the high levels of service they'd expect from NFU Mutual.
You'll use your understanding of the rural economy to help build commercial relationships across NFU Mutual's sectors of expertise.
Using your leadership and management skills, you'll work with your business partners to shape the business, to enable it to grow further and to maximise its potential.
This is a self-employed role with the support of one of the UK's largest insurers. You'll have opportunities to develop professionally, to gain new skills and to learn from an already high performing team.
Your experience and ambitions for the future
You'll be working alongside the existing partners at Halifax and will be part of the leadership team that is shaping the business and planning for the future. You'll use your passion for the rural world to help create bespoke insurance solutions that meet the needs of the fast-paced insurance world. You'll be hungry to grow this insurance business whilst also supporting existing customers.
You'll drive growth within the farming sector whilst also working with SME and Corporate clients across a range of sectors. The diversification and modernisation of farming is also your opportunity to specialise in this sector. You'll achieve this by using your sales and people skills to build strong and lasting relationships.
You'll also drive business growth beyond farming working with Small and Medium Enterprises across a range of sectors, along with High Net Worth clients.
This self-employed role gives you the opportunity to grow your agency as far as you choose. There is an opportunity for you to really make an impact.
