We are recruiting an administrative apprentice to provide an administrative service to support the smooth and efficient running of our Rehabilitation Services at West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre. You will be provided with support to develop your skills and gain a wide range of work experiences to equip you to be successful in your career.

Applicants maybe requested to undertake a 45 hour voluntary placement within our service, to ensure its suitability for both parties.
Copies of certificates for Math's, English and ICT qualifications will be required (at Level 1 -2/ GCSE grade C/4 or above).
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative and business support to the departments within our Rehabilitation Services.
To work as part of a team to carry out administrative duties on a day to day basis. This may include covering essential and appropriate operational duties in the absence of colleagues.

- Mathematics and English GCSE or equivalent grade C or equivalent
Experience

- Able to work to deadlines.
- Experience of Microsoft, word, excel and outlook.
- Experience of filing systems.
- Experience of diary management.
- Clerical/administrative experience.

- Relevant experience working within the NHS.
- Experience of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR)
