Job summary

The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that deliver Cardiac & Pulmonary rehabilitation services across Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire; aimed at improving the health outcomes for patients' diagnosed with cardiac & respiratory conditions.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be a member of City Health Care Partnership supporting HUTH Clinical Leads and CHCP B3 Admin. You will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support within a Health Care setting.

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Word processing to RSA 2 standard European Computer Driving License (EDCL) or able to demonstrate appropriate level of skill

Knowledge

Essential

  • Knowledge of a range of routine administration procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word

Desirable

  • Knowledge of other Microsoft packages

Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general officer procedures

Desirable

  • Experience of SystmOne functions
  • Previous NHS experience
  • Previous experience of working with general public
