Job summary
This is an exciting time to join the Finance Systems team as we prepare to implement a new ERP System across the Trust.
We are seeking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We would like the successful candidate to be pro-active, approachable and supportive to both colleagues and stakeholders, to have a conscientious approach to their work, the ability to demonstrate administrative experience and be able to meet the main duties of the role as identified in the job description.

Main duties of the job
*Act as the main contact for Finance Systems, dealing with telephone calls and correspondence and redirecting as appropriate. Ensuring that courtesy and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
*Ensure that all incidents are recorded accurately on the incident management system.
*Escalate all incidents to 3rd party suppliers where necessary, liaising with them and testing to ensure a favourable resolution for the Trust notifying all relevant parties of the progress.
*Maintain system security by maintaining/creating new users in accordance with appropriately authorised documentation in line with Trust's defined roles.
*Maintain system reference data as directed and modifying aspects of software information.
*Provide support for all administrative tasks required by Finance Systems, which includes but not limited to, arranging meetings, maintenance & booking of training schedules, reproduction of training material, scanning and filing documentation, distribution of agenda & action points, updating test plans and updating distribution lists.
*Raise stock and non-stock requisitions on behalf of the department.
*Ensure that an adequate stock of stationery and consumables relevant to the department are available to enable smooth running of the department.
*Production of management reports as per the requirement schedule.
