We are looking for inspirational, innovative and creative individuals who are dedicated to and passionate about caring for people with mental health needs. You will need to possess high quality clinical and interpersonal skills to contribute to and deliver high quality and compassionate care, to service users at the point of discharge.

It's important that you have an understanding of multidisciplinary services and the challenges that face people with mental health problems. Main duties of the job

You will be working within a Multi-Disciplinary Team in providing recovery focused, patient centred care. Staff are required to demonstrate multidisciplinary and multiagency working by actively leading discharge planning, seeking funding and acquiring appropriate accommodation. Supporting recovery through: reintegration, providing holistic treatments; promoting social inclusion, self-management, personnel autonomy and independence. We pride ourselves on valuing and supporting our staff team, which in turn allows us to deliver compassionate, none judgmental and evidence based care. We see each individual we care for as having the skills and ability to achieve their own personal recovery.
