Are you a Band 4 Registered Civilian Dental Nurse looking for an exciting role, working alongside the military, which offers numerous benefits and opportunities? This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, Job share will be considered, allowing for business needs, and will be reviewed annually.

Main duties of the job
To provide clinical and administrative support for the provision of dental care in Defence Primary Health Care (Dental) dental centres, to enhance force generation and operational capability and minimise dental morbidity on operations.

Job responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
- Carry out and record daily maintenance, servicing and pre-user checks of dental equipment reporting defects in accordance with current equipment care policies, completing daily forms for all equipment.
- Maintain the standard and cleanliness of the surgery and accommodation for which they are responsible, reporting any deficiencies in accordance with local protocols.
- Provide chairside support to the operator for all operative procedures.

Candidates who hold the qualifications but are not yet registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) are eligible to apply for this vacancy. However, if found successful it is a requirement that you are registered with the GDC prior to starting in the post.
- There will be no reimbursement for any travel expenses for the interview.
