Job responsibilities
Brain Injury Support Worker - Chester Pay Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour Working Hours: Minimum 48-hour sleep over shift per week
About the Client: Our client is currently pursuing a counselling course and would benefit from support. They have a passion for creative activities such as open mic nights, video games, and art. It would be ideal for someone with an interest in the creative side to support the client in these areas.

- Manage challenging behaviours and support the client's overall well-being.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar support role, particularly with brain injury.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the required hours, including 48-hour shifts.

- Proven experience in a similar support role, particularly with brain injury. Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work the required hours, including 48-hour shifts.
