Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Libertatem Healthcare Group as a Brain Injury Support Worker in Slough. You will be responsible for supporting a friendly, sociable man with day-to-day activities, community outings, and offering emotional support and companionship. The role requires experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate and patient approach.
Main duties of the job
As a Brain Injury Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting a friendly, sociable man with his daily routines and personal tasks, assisting with community outings and appointments, encouraging independence and skill-building, offering emotional support and friendly companionship, and keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle, great communication skills, and a compassionate and positive attitude.

Support Worker Opportunity in Slough - £14.42-£15.45 per hour
Location: Slough, Berkshire Shift: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Essential
- Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, great communication skills, compassion, patience, and a positive attitude.
